If you have any pictures of band events that you have taken throughout the year, we would love to have them to place on our website!  

All pictures submitted will cite the photographer turning them in to the webmaster.  This is a great way to get your photos published, and share even more memories with the band.  Be sure to include your name and the name and date of the event.

Any pictures posted will be collected and included in the 2007-08 MNHS Band DVD, which will also include a football game half-time performance and the slide show viewed at the banquet.

Each judge gave the band a Division I/Superior rating,  as well as great feedback to improve our show for the Area Contest this Saturday. This makes 5 consecutive years of Divison I ratings in marching!  Congratulations MNHS Band!!!

Spencer Taylor
September 28, 1991 - August 13, 2007

 
Spencer was diagnosed with Synovial Cell Sarcoma.  Synovial Cell Sarcoma is a cancer of the soft tissue.  You can read more about this at Spencer's website.  You can also look at Spencer's journey in pictures and words.

Spencer - May your music always play in the hearts of all those who knew and loved you!  You will be a Bulldog forever!!

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Friday at High Pointe Church of Christ in McKinney.  Visitation will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Thursday, August 16th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.  Memorials may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Spencer is the son of Gary and Rhonda (Gifford) Taylor.  His brother, Zachary, is a freshman in the band.

1ST PLACE at the NTCA State Competition Saturday at South Grand Prairie.
